EI-Hub Overview

The EI-Hub is a new data system designed specifically for the New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP). The EI-Hub allows users across New York State to seamlessly manage the work they do for children in the EIP. With a single sign-on through the Health Commerce System (HCS), EI-Hub users can capture and report on child information from referral (intake) to transition, including managing provider data, provider management, claims creation, billing, and payments.

EI-Hub Training & Communication

To access training resources and released communications please visit the Learning Management System (LMS) and self-register.

EI-Hub Access

  1. Navigate to the Health Commerce System (HCS).
  2. Enter your HCS User ID and Password and select/click the LOGIN button.
  3. From My Content at the top of the HCS home page, choose All Applications and navigate to the letter "E" for EI-Hub (New York State Early Intervention Program Data System).
  4. Click on the green plus sign to the right to add the EI-Hub application to your HCS home page.
  5. Navigate to your HCS home page and click on the EI-Hub (New York State Early Intervention Program Data System) from your "My Applications" tab to access the EI-Hub.

  1. Quick Start Guide for General Users (PDF) - Provides users with information on how to log into the EI-Hub and a high-level overview of the primary EI-Hub components.
  2. Quick Start Guide for Role Administrators (PDF) - Provides Role Administrators with instructions to set up user access to the EI-Hub for their county or agency.
  3. Post Go-Live Transition Resource List - Provides detailed information on how migrated NYEIS data will appear in the EI-Hub and any necessary actions to work with this data.
  4. Workflow Resource Guide - Step-by-step instructions on navigating a child through the Early Intervention Program in the EI-Hub.

EIP Listserv

Communication about the EI-Hub is available via the Early Intervention Program's (EIP) electronic mailing list. To subscribe to this list, send an e-mail to Subscribe NYEIS-L your first name and last name with no punctuation in the body of the e-mail, remove any e-mail signatures, and then click send. Your e-mail address will be added to the mailing list. You should receive a Listserv List confirmation email and you will need to click the link in this email to confirm your subscription. If you do not receive this confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk message box for the e-mail to confirm your subscription.
