Notification Regarding Updated Children's Services Rate Sheets

To: Children's HCBS Providers, CFTSS Providers, 29-I VFCA Health Facilities, Medicaid Managed Care Plans (MMCPs) including Mainstream Managed Care and HIV Special Needs Plans, and Stakeholders

As previously announced, the temporary 25% rate adjustment for CFTSS and HCBS that was previously set to expire on September 30, 2022, will continue. Additionally, rates for these services have been adjusted effective April 1, 2022, to include a 5.4% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), per the 2022-23 Enacted Budget. The posted rate sheets have been updated to reflect these adjustments and can be found at the following links:

As of September 30, 2022, the 29-I Health Facility Core Limited Health Related Services (CLHRS) per diem 25% rate adjustment ended. Effective April 1, 2022, CLHRS and Other Limited Health Related Services (OLHRS) rates have been adjusted by 1%, per the 2022 -23 Enacted Budget. The posted rate sheets have been updated to reflect these adjustments and can be found at the following links:
