The New York State Department of Health (the Department) would like to announce the launch of an update to the Staff Compliance Tracker within the Incident Reporting and Management System (IRAMS). The following enhancement, designed to improve user experience and streamline processes, are live as of December 9, 2025.
UPDATE: Staff Compliance Reports
Updates have been made to the "Export Staff List" feature within the Staff Compliance Tracker.
The updated report offers the ability to filter agency data according to specific criteria, including staff hire date, dates of training completion (i.e. Mandated Reporter, etc.), missing trainings, dates of clearance checks (i.e., CHRC, SCR, & SEL), and more.
To use this feature, users can simply click on "Export Staff List" , at the top of the Staff Compliance page in IRAMS and the report will automatically start to download in an Excel workbook format. This updated report is available to Health Homes, Care Management Agencies, C-YES, and HCBS Providers to view staff compliance information relevant to their organization. The below shows a screenshot of how to access this information in the system:
A definition document has been developed to assist users in interpreting the information contained within the Export Staff List". The Staff Compliance Extract Definition Document can be found on the Department website at the following link:
