Early Intervention (BEI) Publications Reference Guide

This reference guide shall serve as a companion document to the updated New York State Department of Health Publication Request Form (hereafter referred to as Publication Request Form) which was implemented in April 2022. To request a specific publication on the Publication Request Form, please use the chart below to obtain the publication title, publication number and language, then please add to the Publication Request Form along with the desired quantity being requested.
